TOTA Exhibit Hall
(Set-up begins NO EARLIER than 8:30AM each day)
STORES HOURS:  Friday, 11:30am - 4:00pm
Saturday, 11:00am - 4:00pm
The registration form must be completed by the faculty advisor
  • Please check in at the TOTA desk in the exhibit hall.
  • A table will be assigned to your school.
  • Each student organization will have a skirted table and 2 chairs.
  • Limit table attendees to 2 at a time.
  • No loud talking - you are sharing this area exhibitors.
  • All students working tables must be registered for conference and wear a badge.
  • All additional inventory must be stored out of sight under your table.
  • Please make plans to remove or secure inventory to at the close of Friday's store hours. Exhibit Hall is not guaranteed to be totally secure.
