POLICY:
1. The Board of Directors of TOTA shall establish the location of the TOTA annual meeting and State conference, taking into consideration religious holidays and meetings or activities that place additional or unusual demand on district members. Virtual methods for meeting may be utilized in circumstances which prohibit or limit in-person meetings.
2. Rules of the Day shall be distributed and approved.
3. Minutes shall be recorded and made available for the membership.
