STUDENT ORGANIZATION TABLES 2025
Friday, November 14th and Saturday, November 15th Designated Area (Set-up begins NO EARLIER than 8:30AM each day) STORE HOURS: Friday, 11:00am - 4:00pm Saturday, 10:00am - 2:00pm
**REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN IN MAY**
Student Table Rules:
- Check in with Kami Lusson at the TOTA desk in the exhibit hall.
- Student tables will be located in the hallway outside meeting rooms.
- A table will be assigned to your school.
- Each student organization will have a skirted table and 2 chairs.
- Limit table attendees to 2 at a time.
- No loud talking - you are outside meeting rooms.
- All students working tables must be registered for conference and wear a badge.
- All additional inventory must be stored out of sight under your table.
- Make plans to remove or secure inventory at the close of Friday's store hours.
