Organization Members and Individual Associates

Organization and Associate members seek to raise the professional level of occupational therapy practice through participation and support of research, educational programs, and other activities.

TOTA Organization Member

Policy Number: 1.4
The TOTA Corporate or Organizational membership is designed specifically for organizations that support TOTA’s mission and goals and want to align themselves with OT practitioners and students within the state of Texas.

The purpose of an organizational membership is to enhance opportunities for professional development, networking, and advocacy efforts for our mutual members. Organization members who seek to raise the professional level of occupational therapy practice through participation and support of research, educational programs, and other activities are eligible to apply for membership. An organization member must be a 501(c) 3 non-profit and must provide a copy of its "Articles of Incorporation" as a 501(c)3, non-profit in the application. TOTA will make efforts to treat all 501c3 organizations equitably.

  • Organizational membership will begin on the date of form submission, but must enter Pending Status until information is reviewed. Memberships are renewed annually.
  • An individual within the organization will be designated as a key contact for the TOTA Organization Membership account. *Inclusion in this area does not establish an individual TOTA membership. For those wishing to be an individual member of TOTA, please fill out the Membership form separately.

If you have questions about an organization membership, email Kami Lusson at [email protected]. TOTA cannot accept any donations or payments for fundraisers of organization members through its payment merchant, bank account, or savings account.
