Call for Proposals - Is Closed. Notifications were emailed on July 17th. A Heartfelt Thank You to Our 2025 Conference Submitters
We are incredibly grateful to all who submitted presentation proposals for our upcoming annual conference. Your willingness to share your expertise and enrich the professional development of others is what makes this event meaningful and impactful.
This year, we received an overwhelming 176 submissions which is a testament to the talent and dedication within the Texas OT community. With such a robust pool of proposals, crafting a balanced schedule was both exciting and challenging. Each session was thoughtfully placed based on room availability and presentation length to ensure an engaging and efficient conference experience for all attendees.
Due to space constraints, we were only able to accept a limited number of long-format courses (3.75 to 4 hours). Additionally, we had to eliminate the option for full-day workshops this year. To help showcase more voices, select presenters may be invited to pre-record their sessions for on-demand viewing during and after the conference through February 15, 2026.
We deeply value the time, energy, and insight each of you contributed to the submission process. Your commitment helps elevate our profession and grow our collective knowledge.
Sincerely,
