Great Plains West CEU Meeting 

DESCRIPTION: Parkinson’s Power Hour is a trainer lead exercise class specifically for clients with Parkinson’s disease. It is an hour long, interval exercise program with boxing type exercises. The class focuses on slowing the progression of Parkinson’s disease with big movement exercises and coordination drills to help clients become more confident. Course attendees will learn about the class and the exercises included in this program.
