Short abstract: Identifying & understanding microaggressions can enhance cultural humility and lead to improved health and well-being for OT clients. Justice, equity, diversity, & inclusion are essential in health promotion for  ALL OT clients and the community.

Learner Objectives:
1. Define and discuss Microaggressions
2. Describe cultural humility
3. Identify and explain the concepts of JEDI - Justice, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
4. Learn to ask questions about what is culturally appropriate instead of assuming
